Yosef Tatang Widjaja joined LSM Law Firm as an associate in March 2023, having previously worked at other prominent litigation firms in Jakarta. At LSM Law Firm, he is heavily involved in litigation and dispute resolution groups.
Throughout his career, Yosef has handled numerous civil and commercial cases in various legal areas, among others: contractual, medical, land & property, labour, company, and family law dispute, both in Indonesian courts at every level and in arbitration bodies.
Yosef obtained his degree from Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia in 2016, majoring in business law. Apart from being a licensed advocate, he has completed all the tax courses (Brevet A, B, and C) held by the Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants (Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia). Yosef is also a Certified Data Protection Officer.
In serving each of his clients, Yosef always uses the “Client-Centric Approach” which enables him to be able to capture and perceive the clients’ situations, needs, and expectations thoroughly.

- Representing an individual in a negotiation with a well-known developer regarding the construction of a house located at Pantai Indah Kapuk to refund his money due to the failure of the developer to construct the house in a timely manner; and
