Andhika Putera joined LSM Law Firm in 2026. He is a PERADI-licensed advocate with more than a decade of experience advising and representing domestic and international clients across a broad range of legal matters, including corporate and investment, employment, intellectual property, competition law, commercial litigation, criminal litigation, arbitration, and regulatory compliance.

 

Prior to joining LSM Law Firm, Andhika practiced at several prominent law firms in Jakarta, where he advised state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations, financial institutions, foreign investment companies, foundations, and professional associations on complex legal and commercial matters. His experience encompasses transactional work, regulatory advisory, dispute resolution, and strategic risk management across various industries.

 

Andhika has extensive experience in assisting clients with corporate transactions, investment activities, employment compliance, intellectual property protection and enforcement, business competition matters, and regulatory proceedings. He regularly advises clients on corporate governance, commercial agreements, restructuring matters, employment issues, intellectual property portfolio management, and competition law compliance.

 

In the dispute resolution field, Andhika has represented clients in a wide range of commercial, intellectual property, employment, criminal, and administrative disputes before Indonesian courts and regulatory authorities. His experience includes appearances before the District Courts, Commercial Courts, State Administrative Courts, High Courts, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, the Indonesian Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU), and arbitration proceedings before the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI).

 

Throughout his career, Andhika has acted for state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations, financial institutions, plantation companies, manufacturing companies, technology companies, and international brand owners in numerous complex and high-profile matters. He is particularly recognized for his ability to combine legal analysis with practical business considerations, enabling clients to achieve commercially effective and legally sound solutions.

 

In addition to his legal practice, Andhika has been frequently invited to speak on various legal and professional development topics, including intellectual property law, foreign investment regulations, and professional skills development. He is also experienced in mentoring junior lawyers and supervising legal teams in handling sophisticated transactions and disputes.

 

Andhika earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia.
