Khalysha Aneira obtained her Bachelor of Law degree from Trisakti University, majoring in Business Law.
Aneira has experience in both general corporate and litigation matters gained through her work at a corporate and litigation law firm. She has assisted in drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements, including cooperation agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and share purchase agreements, as well as preparing legal documentation for General Meetings of Shareholders. Her experience also extends to assisting in the preparation of legal documents for civil disputes, including unlawful act and breach of contract cases.
Aneira has completed the Advocate Professional Education Program (PKPA) organized by the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia) and continues to develop her expertise in commercial and dispute resolution matters.
